From there, I started my career in mental health by working for a residential substance abuse treatment facility where I became experienced in helping those in recovery from addiction. I received a Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla University in 2011.
I began working towards my licensure in a variety of settings such as community mental health outpatient clinics, private practice, and inpatient treatment facilities. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the state of Wyoming in 2014 and have recently obtained licensure for the state of North Dakota. I am currently working towards being an Out of State Telehealth Provider for the state of Florida.
I have added to my experiences by helping a variety of populations including couples, families, adolescents, children, and homeless Veterans. My additional background includes supporting those who struggle with substance abuse, depression, parenting, life changes, stress, anxiety, and family dynamics. I work to provide a person-centered approach and want to meet you where you are at in life.
